The Five Ways to Wellbeing are:

- take notice

- be active
You've probably been doing some of them already, and we’ll all have different things that help us.
Some of you might like making new connections, while playing sport or meeting a friend for a coffee could work for other people.
You might find being outside in nature helps, going for local walks or connecting with your neighbours more.
